01 Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Animeflix (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
02 The service
Animeflix is a free indexing and discovery platform for movies and TV shows. We do not host any media files; the Service only links to content available on third-party services that are not owned or operated by Animeflix.
The availability, legality, and quality of third-party content is outside our control. Use the Service at your own risk and responsibility.
03 Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of local laws.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our infrastructure or other users' data.
- Scrape, mirror, or republish substantial portions of the Service without permission.

The Animeflix name, logo, design, and original site content are the property of Animeflix and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce them without prior written consent, except for personal, non-commercial reference.
Third-party movie and TV titles, posters, and metadata belong to their respective owners.

The Service displays links and embedded media from third parties. We do not endorse, control, or take responsibility for any external site, service, or content. Following a third-party link is at your sole risk.

06 Warranties & disclaimers

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed USD 100 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, whichever is greater.

Any dispute shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
